  1. You changed the sign but you didn't flipped the fraction, 2/3 over. It should be 55km * 3/2 instead of 55km * 2/3

  3. The 'x' sign in the 2nd line was changed from the '÷' sign, but the person did not flip the fraction '2/3'.

  4. When divide, you must "flip" the fraction then can multiply.
    If your answer is 36 and 2/3 then still round of to 3 S.F for what?

    55km ÷ (1/2h +1/6hr)
    = 55km ÷ 2/3hr (not multiply)

  6. You changed the sign but did not change the fraction . It should be 55km * 3/2 and not 55km * 2/3 .

  7. You round up to 3SF already why still put the answer as 36 2/3...
    Your that two slanted lines should put at the last answer you get

    BTW ur supposed to do like 55km x 3/2 since u have to flip it

  8. If 55km is divided by 2/3, it should be 3/2 when flipped to multiplication.

  9. After you added 1/2 to 1/6, it should be 2/3 but when you change the divide to multiply, the fraction should be flipped so it should be 55km*3/2h

  10. 1/2 + 1/6 = 3/6 + 1/6
    = 4/6
    = 2/3

    This part is correct. However there was a divide sign before this thus he/she should have inverted the fraction to 3/2.

    Therefore,
    55 ÷ 2/3 = 55 x 3/2
    =82.5

    It Should be: 55 km ÷ 2/3 h = 55 km * 3/2 h
