Out of the four charts/graphs, I think the pie chart is appropriate for representing this data. This is because the degree given on the pie chart may be inaccurate.
As the remaining graphs give the frequency of the kind of weather, and does not involve percentage or degree, they are appropriate.

    If the figures given, after calculating result in exact figures (where no rounding off is necessary), would PIE graph still be appropriate then?

    What kind of information does PIE chart usually provide?
    Does each type of graph serve a different purpose or it doesn't matter?
