i envisage it to be more hands-on and somewhat more interesting and not like my math lessons in primary school where we do a lot of worksheets as homework and go back to school and listen to the teacher solve the problems on the projector one by one, which makes it hard for me to concentrate especially with the warm weather and squeezy classroom that makes me want to sleep...
I think that we will be solving tough mathematical sums with our group unlike in the primary school where we can only do it all alone. Also, when we have a problem, it is easier for us to ask questions from our teacher as there are fewer pupils in the class.
I think that it will be more of hands-on activities, class discussions and group work. It will be sort of what it is like in my Primary School. More doing things with my hands and mouth.
I hope that the Maths lessons will be more interesting and we can engage with more hands-on activities.
I think it will be very interesting as we are learning maths using applied learning and the LD which has many applications useful for maths
I think that it would be much harder and there would definitely have less worksheets unlike Primary school. Due to the smaller class size, the teacher would be able to focus more on each of us, making it easier to clarify with the teacher and queries we have.
I think it will be very interesting as there will be a lot of hands-on activity and the lessons will be more engaging.
I think the homework is going to multiple and become harder. But because of a smaller class size, the teacher will explain more in a shorten time
I think that my time here will be awesome as we are learning maths in a whole new environment and on a whole new level with a learning device
I think it will be more interesting as there will be more applied learning. It will also probably be harder or deeper. Which means we will learn more things! I also think it will more interesting as we do not use textbooks that much.
I think that we could have more interesting activities to handle the strategies to solve higher order thinking questions. I hope Ms Loh will be patient and understanding.
There would be be a lot of applied learning with the learning device, discussions and with less students, teachers have more time to talk one to one.
I envisage the Math experience in SST to be more interesting, more challenging and different as there would be hands-on activities, and a different world with the Learning Device. I guess that we will also be able to concentrate more in this environment too.
i think that the maths lesson will be interesting as it will be hands-on activity
I think the Mathematics questions are going to be extremely challenging and I fear that I might not be able to solve them, but I will try.
I hope that there will be more difficult sums of algebra thus i would be able to increase my weakness, algebra.
I envisage my Maths experience at SST to be more challenging than primary school, with more group and hands-on activities and more opportunities for us to explore and learn from things on the internet and around us.
I envisage the maths lessons to be more interesting as there would be more hands on activities and there would be more challenging problem sums that would help me improve my skills in mathematics and help my knowledge grow as the internet provides us many opportunities to explore and learn things.
I envisage the lessons will be more of hands-on activities and groupwork and there will be even more challenging sums so that they can help me improve my math skills.
i envisage that the lesson would involve a lot more group work and also harder questions, there would also be some real life application thought and also hand-on actives , the learning device would also play a big part in the subject as we look for information online.overall, i think math will be a lot harder then primary school and would also require a lot more focus in order to do well in the subject.
I envisage that the lessons will have more difficult questions such as advanced algebra and fractions, and there will be more hands-on activity and group work.
